The Program Questionnaire has gone through another slight revision and is now dated  01/04/07.  It is available in pdf format on the NRC web page as noted above.  The Graduate College has received each program questionnaire as an interactive online survey on a secure website.  The Graduate College has completed the pre-population of several sections and has now forwarded materials to all participating programs.  The link to the Program Questionnaire Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is now live and can be accessed above. 

  
The final completion and submission of the Program Questionnaire is due February 1, 2007.
