Center for the Book

The UICB offers a 24-hour graduate certificate program that can be pursued alongside a master's or doctoral degree in another department or separately through the Registrar's Non-degree Student status option.

In addition, MA, MFA, and PhD degrees with an emphasis in book studies or book arts may be earned from units including but not limited to: the School of Art & Art History, the School of Journalism & Mass Communication, The School of Library & Information Science, and Departments of English and of History, the Writer's Workshop, or as a student in the Graduate College Interdisciplinary Program.
