POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN ENZYMOLOGY to study the role of protein dynamics in catalysis by alcohol dehydrogenase.  Mutated enzymes will be studied by transient kinetics and X-ray crystallography in order to correlate the motions of atoms and protein domains with the rates of hydride transfer.  Experience in enzymology or crystallography required.
