For any text or journal not found in UI Libraries, Interlibrary Loans can be arranged free of charge for graduate students.
The Reference
Desk also offers a consultation service for graduate students to
assist researchers in identifying and using print and electronic
resources.
The Writing Center
has tutors who do not to "fix" individual
papers but rather to assist writers in improving their strategies of
researching, organizing, drafting, editing, and revising.
TAs may also want to send students to The
Writing Center for extra help.

not studying effectively, the Counseling Service may be able to help
improve your study skills. Counselors provide help with study problems
in addition to personal problems, interpersonal problems,
decision-making, and vocational decisions.
