Instructions for Travel Expense Reimbursement (Graduate Student Senate Travel Awards) 

After you return from the conference, you will need to initiate receipt of the award by sending the original receipt of your expenditures to Paul Meintel, Room 6 Gilmore Hall.

A fellowship payment will be made you to in the amount of the award and will be deposited to your bank account on the 1st of the month. (To guarantee payment on the following month of your trip, documentation will need to be received by the 20th of the month).

Be sure to retain original receipts for all expenditures you plan to declare and send the necessary receipts no later than 30 days following your conference date; waiting could result in a loss of the award.
