| Minimum Qualifications | Willingness to learn some basic statistical computer programming. A social science or education background would be helpful but is not strictly required. |

Qualitative Study of Personal/Social Skill Acquisition and Retention in Basis Schools

| Research Description | This study is a longitudinal study involving interviews of 6-12 students enrolled in a Basic School. The objective is to examine the students' experiences of acquiring and retaining personal/social skills surrounding 7 core virtues. |
| Undergraduate Role | The student will be involved in data transcription, data coding, data analysis, emergent theory conceptual diagramming, and report writing. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PC formats. Personal initiative and adherence to ethical research practices. |
