The Office of Postdoctoral Scholars serves all postdocs. Its offerings include:

The Office of Information Services' primary function is to provides technical support for the Graduate College and programs and units directly under the administrative wing of the Graduate College. For hardware, software, database, and website needs, programs can contact the Graduate College IT office directly.

Jennifer Masada, Director of External Relations
The Office of External Relations serves Graduate College and programs and units directly under the administrative wing of the Graduate College. It also collaborates with campus units such as Admissions, University Relations, the Alumni Associate, and the University of Iowa Foundation to assist graduate programs with communications, advocacy, relationship building, and recruitment. Specific offerings include:

• Assisting with writing, design, and photography
• Producing feature stories about UI students, faculty, and alumni for print, web, and social media (video for select stories can be produced in partnership with UI Center for Media Production)
• Assessing recruitment strategies and materials
• Creating consistent, effective messaging for intended audiences
