• personal enrichment opportunities through community forums presented by graduate programs
• support for scholars from diverse backgrounds
• funding for travel, grant matching, and fellowships
• assistance with career preparation through seminars on topics such as writing grants or resumes
• service organizations such as the Graduate Student Senate and the Graduate Council
