Fee Notice

Beginning with Applications for Degree for December 2009, an applicant will incur a $65 processing fee billed to his/her University account at the time the application is processed. The degree application fee will be assessed each time a student applies to graduate.

• Registrar Service Center - Room 17, Calvin Hall
• Graduate College - 6 Gilmore Hall

Deadlines for Application for Degree

• December 2009 - October 13, 2009
• May 2010 - February 26, 2010
• *Summer 2010 - June 10, 2010

*Summer degrees are awarded, but no Summer graduation ceremonies are held.

Applications for Degree must be filed in the Registrar Service Center, 17 Calvin Hall, by 4:30 p.m. on the deadline date.

To the Prospective Graduate: The following are procedures for degree candidates for the December 2009, May 2010, and July 2010 graduations. Completion of these procedures, as outlined, is primarily your responsibility. Careful attention to these details will enable you to graduate at the appropriate time.
