III. The Thesis

Directions for the formal preparation of the thesis will be found in the Graduate College Thesis Manual, which may be accessed through the Graduate College website. This manual must be followed carefully in order to ensure acceptance of your thesis by the Graduate College. For additional thesis resources, visit the Graduate College's Thesis and Dissertation Preparation page and/or consult the Thesis Examiners about any questions that arise as you prepare your thesis. 

First Deposit: The first deposit of the complete thesis in final, finished form at the Graduate College may be made at any time, but no later than November 1 for December 2012 graduation, March 28 for May 2013 graduation, and July 3 for August 2013 graduation.  See the Thesis Manual, "First Deposit," (p. 1) for deposit guidelines.

Final Deposit: The final deposit of the thesis is due in the Graduate College by December 5 for December 2012 graduation, May 8 for May 2013 graduation, and July 24 for August 2013 graduation.  See the Thesis Manual, "Final Deposit," (p. 2) for deposit guidelines.
