- Two letters of recommendation (download
form)
- Statement of purpose/interest (1000 words
max.) – include your academic goals, a brief self-assessment of your
strengths/weaknesses, and your research interests
- Current resumé (1 page max.)
- Financial aid documentation, if applicable
- Federal tax return/documentation to verify family income (individual income will be only be accepted if it is accompanied by documentation of “independent” status)
