Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Program (Graduate College review required)
The Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Fellowship Program provides opportunities for doctoral candidates to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies.
Internal Review by the Graduate College is required before applications will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education by the Division of Sponsored Programs.
- To facilitate this review process, email your 10 page narrative
plus 2 page bibliography to Kathy Klein,
kathy-klein@uiowa.edu.
- Materials must be received at the Graduate
College by October 15, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
- Students will be contacted by October 22 with suggestions to strengthen their proposals before final submission to the Division of Sponsored Programs.
Students submitting applications must have the full application completed and ready to submit by the Division of Sponsored Programs no later than October 29, 2007 at 5:00 p.m.
