Research project title

Medical Aerosols to Treat Respiratory Infectious Diseases

Research description

Our research focuses on the development and optimization of new aerosols to deliver drugs (such as antibiotics) for the treatment of infectious diseases in the lungs. We aim to target drugs to the site of a bacterial infection to more quickly eradicate the infection from the lungs and to limit side effects due to the therapy.
